Why I'm starting CLM Systems

I run CLM Projects Leeds Ltd, a building company in Leeds. For most of my working life the job didn't end when I left site: quotes at the kitchen table, WhatsApps at night, chasing deposits I'd forgotten to ask for.

Over the last few months I've built a system where AI workers do that admin. Site visits turn into priced quotes with design pictures. Deposits get asked for on WhatsApp in one tap. Enquiries never sit unanswered. Every customer is filed by stage, and my WhatsApp mirrors it.

Today alone the system quoted a £33,500 extension and an £8,750 bathroom, booked two jobs, fixed how it counts money that isn't due yet, rebuilt our website to look like the company we are, and cleaned up our Google and Apple listings. I made the decisions; it did the work.

The next step is the big one: moving those AI workers off rented cloud services and onto our own hardware, so our data and our costs are ours. I'll document every step here, the wins and the failures.

CLM Systems is how I'll share it: a community, then a course, then the software itself. If you run a trade business and you're tired of working nights, join the waiting list.
