From the kitchen table to director

I'm Scott Wilson. I've spent twenty years in the trade, and today I run CLM Projects Leeds Ltd, a building company in Leeds doing bathrooms, extensions, driveways and repairs.

For most of those years the day didn't end when I left site. Quotes at the kitchen table. WhatsApps at ten at night. Chasing a deposit I'd forgotten to ask for. Posting on social media when I could barely keep my eyes open. The work was never the problem. The admin round it was.

So I built a system. AI workers that draft the quotes, ask for the money, follow up the enquiries, sort the photos and post the jobs, while I check and approve. My company runs on it every day.

The work didn't get smaller. The stress did. Now I want to help other tradespeople do the same, and to do it with AI they own, not rent.
